Terms of Service

By creating an account or using KOI Planner, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

KOI Planner is a digital productivity planning application that provides daily planning tools, goal tracking, habit tracking, an AI-powered assistant, and related features. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time with reasonable notice.

You must create an account to use KOI Planner. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activity that occurs under your account, and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use ([email protected]).

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to begin the trial. At the end of the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the service.

Subscriptions are billed in advance, either monthly or annually, via Stripe.

Prices: Brazil — R$9.90/month or R$99.00/year; United States — $5.90/month or $59.00/year. Prices include applicable taxes where required by law.

You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

We may change subscription prices with 30 days' prior notice.

Cancellation — You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.

Refunds — Brazil (mandatory under CDC Art. 49) — If you are a Brazilian consumer, you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund within 7 (seven) calendar days of any online purchase ("direito de arrependimento"). To exercise this right, contact [email protected] within 7 days of payment.

Refunds — Other Regions — We offer a discretionary 7-day refund on your first payment if the service does not meet your needs. Contact [email protected] within 7 days of your first payment.

After the applicable refund period, no partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a billing period.

You agree not to: (a) use the service in violation of any applicable law or regulation; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or any part of the service; (c) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service; (d) resell, sublicense, or transfer your account to another person; (e) use the service to store or transmit malicious code; (f) impersonate any person or entity.

You own the content you create in KOI Planner. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your planning data.

You may export a copy of your data or delete your account at any time from Settings.

The KOI Planner application, including its name, logo, design, code, and AI prompts, is owned by the operator and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the right to use the service as described here.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that: (a) the service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) the AI assistant's responses will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs; (c) the service will meet all of your requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or lost profits.

Note: Some jurisdictions, including Brazil under CDC, do not allow limitation of liability for personal injury, death, or consumer protection violations. These limitations do not apply to the extent prohibited by law.

For users in Brazil: These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, including the Consumer Defense Code (Lei 8.078/90) and the LGPD. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of São Paulo, Brazil.

For users in other countries: These Terms are governed by Brazilian law unless mandatory local consumer protection law applies in your jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
